Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

Please note, GREEN annual returns were due back by January 15th. We are still waiting for a large amount of returns.

Please note – only property owners will receive these.

Tennants to not need to complete this as your landlord will do this.

PLEASE CHECK JUNK MAIL FROM DECEMBER 9TH 2024 – THIS IS WHEN THEY WERE SENT TO YOU IF YOU NORMALLY RECEIVE BY EMAIL.

We know it can be easy to forget to complete these, but it is required by law to return these to us.

PLEASE RETURN by 4pm on FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY. Failure to do so will result in Parish Hall Inquiries.
