All forms must be completed and returned by 15 January .If you fail to make this return within the time allowed you may be liable to a penalty of up to £1000 . ScaffoldingMâtants

No structure may be placed below, on or above a road without permission – this includes scaffolding, hoarding and banners hung over a road etc.

The Parish Roads Committee may grant licences under the Highways (Jersey) Law 1956 (jerseylaw.je) authorising any person to place anything below, on or above a ‘chemin vicinal’.
