PAROISSE DE ST BRÉLADE 

PARISH ASSEMBLY 

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Brélade will be held at the Parish Hall, St Brélade on Tuesday 17 December 2024 at 7.00 pm for the following business: 

  1. Approve and adopt the Act of the Parish Assembly held on 26 November 2024* 
  1. Elect one Officier du Connétable for the Vingtaine Du Coin.  
  1. In conformity with Article 32 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, as amended, elect two persons to act as members of the Rates Assessment Committee, for a term of three years, commencing 1 January 2025.  
  1. To consider tenders received for the refurbishment of the Rectory, Le Marquanderie and if approved agree the withdrawal of no more than £160,000 from the property Reserve Fund as the Parish contribution towards the work.    
  1. To consider disposal of the Old Parish Depot on Mont Les Vaux and if approved authorize the Connétable and Procureurs du Bien Public to invite tenders for its purchase.  
  1. Consider and approve an application for an annual P49 Licence for Salty Dog Bar & Bistro, La Neuve Route, this will permit regular entertainment events to be held throughout the year. 
  1. Consider and approve an application for an annual P49 Licence for Les Quennevais School, this will permit regular entertainment events to be held throughout the year. 

*Copies of the draft Act of the Assembly held on 26 November 2024 are available on the Parish Website or to collect from the Parish Hall during normal office hours.
