Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

If you believe you have not received a form for your property, or if you have any queries, please contact us as soon as possible.

Dog Licence reminder 2026

Please remember that owners of any dog over 6 months old are required to obtain an annual Dog Permit by the 31 January each year.  Any dog not registered in time will be liable to a fine.

Any applications received from the 1 February will be subject to the additional £10 fine per dog, increasing the cost of the permit to £20 per canine.

If your licence is due for renewal, and you completed online last year, you will have received an email reminder for this year.

You do not need to purchase a licence if your dog is:

  • under the age of six months or
  • a guide dog kept and used solely by a blind person or a deaf person.

You must purchase a licence for every other dog you keep. A licence cannot be issued to a person under the age of 16 years.

The licence fee is £10 per dog, lasts for 1 year and must be renewed by 31 January each year. Applications after 31 January cost £20 per dog.

If you prefer to make a paper application please print and complete the form below and return to your Parish (please check with your Parish for payment options).

Any applications received in the post after 31st January will incur the additional £10.00 fee
