Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

Message from Premier Waste Management

As the festive season approaches, we want to make sure your celebrations stay clean and stress-free.

Below are the changes to refuse and recycling collections over Christmas and New Year. Please take a moment to check your revised dates and help us keep our community running smoothly throughout the holidays.

Please note that there is a slightly different schedule for both Parishes.

Friday 26th December – Thursday collections
Saturday 27th December – Friday collection

New Year week for St Brelade
