Rates 2026
All rate Demands for 2026 have now been sent. If you owned or occupied a property in St Brélade on 1st January 2026 you should have received one. If you have not,  and believe you should have , please email us at- [email protected] or call us on 741141 so we can ensure we have the correct details.
If you pay your Parish Rates by Standing Order, please check that your payment amount is sufficient to cover your total Rate Demand before any surcharge is applied. As Standing Orders are managed by the account holder, it is your responsibility to amend the payment amount if necessary.
Payment deadline: 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 27 October 2026
Any outstanding balance after this time will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

High Tide Warning for 23 November 2022

Tomorrow’s high tides (05.33 and 17.51) coincide with expected windy conditions from the South. This means that the road around the bottom of La Haule Hill is likely to be flooded and the waves will be coming over.

If you know anyone with cars parked along La Neuve Route, particularly in the unrestricted area, please can you warn them there may be stones and other debris thrown over the sea wall.

Also, please take care while driving in the area, there may be delays or even road closures for a time.

Cyclists should try to find a different route, for their own safety.
