A vacancy has arisen in the Parish of St Brélade for a pro-active Municipal Services Manager. The successful candidate will work with and lead a small team of a gardener, road sweepers, sextons and a park keeper to effectively maintain Parish land, roads, cemeteries and property.

A good level of health and fitness is essential as the role includes a large amount of manual work. Previous experience supervising and motivating staff, along with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety at Work procedures, the Road Works and Events (Jersey) Law 2016, an ability to carry out Risk Assessments and being able to deal well with members of the general public would be advantageous. Any relevant industry certificates would also be beneficial.

The role requires a current and clean driving licence holding at least category C1+E.
