Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

Rates Administration Officer

A vacancy has arisen in the Parish of St Brélade for a Rates Administration Officer .
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of rates for the parish of St
Brelade in accordance with the Rates ( Jersey ) Law 2005, ensuring maintenance of records and
efficient collection of monies owed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must and applicants should have experience in
dealing with members of the public.
