Rates 2026
All rate Demands for 2026 have now been sent. If you owned or occupied a property in St Brélade on 1st January 2026 you should have received one. If you have not,  and believe you should have , please email us at- [email protected] or call us on 741141 so we can ensure we have the correct details.
If you pay your Parish Rates by Standing Order, please check that your payment amount is sufficient to cover your total Rate Demand before any surcharge is applied. As Standing Orders are managed by the account holder, it is your responsibility to amend the payment amount if necessary.
Payment deadline: 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 27 October 2026
Any outstanding balance after this time will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Liberation Day 2023

Tuesday 9th May 2023 

A service and re-enactment to mark the 78th anniversary of the Liberation of Jersey will be held in Liberation Square, St Helier, at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday 9th May 2023. Free reserved seating (which must be occupied no later than 10.15a.m.) is available and will be allocated by the Parishes to:

Parish Senior Citizens (those who were resident in Jersey during the Occupation, those evacuated, deported or those serving in the forces at that time) and their immediate and extended families.

These tickets can accommodate wheelchairs. 

Applications should be made to your Parish Hall by no later than Thursday 27th April 2023 so that tickets may be allocated. Unaccompanied senior citizens who require assistance with transport should also contact their Parish Hall by Thursday 27th April 2023 so that appropriate arrangements may be made.  

Islanders who do not fall into the above category and who wish to attend this event may apply via the Eventbrite ticket site. For members of the public who cannot access Eventbrite tickets can be requested from the Bailiff’s Chambers, Royal Court House, Royal Square.
