PAROISSE DE ST BRÉLADE 

PARISH ASSEMBLY 

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Brélade will be held at the Parish Hall, St Brélade on Tuesday 26 August 2025 at 7.00 pm for the following business: 

1. Approve and adopt the Act of the Parish Assembly held on 22 July 2025 * 

2. Elect one Officier du Connétable for the Vingtaine de la Moye. 

3. Elect one Officier du Connétable for the Vingtaine De Coin. 

4. To take into consideration and, if deemed advisable , to adopt a recommendation of the Parish Roads Committee that the Parish enter into a contract of transaction with Mr David Roy Stone and Miss Suzie Grace Parker in order to allow Mr Stone and Miss Parker right of access onto the necessary parts of the Parish land to the east of St Anne’s , 1 Les Quennevais Park in order to maintain, repair and replace the existing gutters, downpipe, facia boards and soffits, forming part of the ground floor extensions overhanging the Parish Land. Mr Stone and Miss Parker will pay all reasonable legal fees involved, and to authorize the Connétable and Procurers du Bein Public to pass the said contract of transaction before the Royal Court of Jersey. 

*Copies of the draft Act of the Assembly held on 22 July 2025 are available on the Parish Website or to collect from the Parish Hall during normal office hours.
