Rates 2026
All rate Demands for 2026 have now been sent. If you owned or occupied a property in St Brélade on 1st January 2026 you should have received one. If you have not,  and believe you should have , please email us at- [email protected] or call us on 741141 so we can ensure we have the correct details.
If you pay your Parish Rates by Standing Order, please check that your payment amount is sufficient to cover your total Rate Demand before any surcharge is applied. As Standing Orders are managed by the account holder, it is your responsibility to amend the payment amount if necessary.
Payment deadline: 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 27 October 2026
Any outstanding balance after this time will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

2026 Parish Rates – St Brélade

All 2026 Parish Rate Demands have now been issued by either email or post.

If you were the owner or occupier of a property on 1 January 2026, you are liable for the full year’s rates, covering the period 1 January to 31 December 2026.

If you have not received your Rate Demand, please contact the Parish Hall as soon as possible so we can ensure we have your correct contact details on our system.

⚠️ Important reminder: The deadline to pay before a 10% surcharge is automatically applied is Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 4:00pm.

Please note that this surcharge is applied island-wide and cannot be waived or removed by the Parish.
