Rates 2026
All rate Demands for 2026 have now been sent. If you owned or occupied a property in St Brélade on 1st January 2026 you should have received one. If you have not,  and believe you should have , please email us at- [email protected] or call us on 741141 so we can ensure we have the correct details.
If you pay your Parish Rates by Standing Order, please check that your payment amount is sufficient to cover your total Rate Demand before any surcharge is applied. As Standing Orders are managed by the account holder, it is your responsibility to amend the payment amount if necessary.
Payment deadline: 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 27 October 2026
Any outstanding balance after this time will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Storm Goretti Contact Numbers

On the evening of Thursday 8 January 2026, Storm Goretti is expected to hit the Island.

The airport and other businesses will close at 6pm today, with official advice to stay home this evening as the higher winds are predicted from 8pm until the early hours.

Please take extra care if you live in coastal areas, as the high tide will be around 10pm. Please take care and secure all loose items outdoors.

If you are driving around the Parish and notice any trees fallen or debris obstructing the road, we would recommend that you contact the Government of Jersey on 725351, States of Jersey Police on 612612, or the St Brelade Duty Centenier on 741175 or 07797 719778
