Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

If you believe you have not received a form for your property, or if you have any queries, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nomination Forms

Islanders who decide to stand for election must complete a nomination form and gather written support of ten other people who are willing to back their candidacy.

If you are thinking about standing for election in 2026, it’s advisable to find supporters as early as you can so you have plenty of time to check they are eligible to nominate you. Please note, following the introduction of Automatic Voter Registration on 24 March 2026, electoral numbers will have changed. Please contact your Parish Hall for the new numbers.

The rules for the nominations process are set out in Part 4A of the Elections (Jersey) Law 2022.

You can download the nomination form below or collect one from our Parish Office. More information is available on vote.je – Nomination Process | Vote.je
