Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

Rates Assessments & Demands Information

Dear Parishioner

If you owned or occupied a property on 1st January 2025, you will have recently received your Rates Assessment, if you have not received one then please get in touch. Please note- This is not a demand for payment, but to simply inform you of your Quarters for your assessment of land.

Your Rates Demand will be issued around late July, after the rate is officially set at a Parish Assembly ( Date to be confirmed ) . Don’t forget – you have a say in this , so keep an eye out for the meeting date. Once issued, you’ll have until October to pay ( Exact date to be confirmed ).

Did you know? You can set up a standing order in advance ( anytime from now until October ) to spread the cost in monthly payments instead of paying one lump sum- Making things easier on your finances.
