Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

Rates Reminder- 19 Days Left to Avoid a 10% Surcharge on Your Rates!

This is a reminder before a 10 % surcharge will be added to any unpaid rates .

The cut-off date is Monday 21st October at 4pm.

Any outstanding payments including Bank Transfers must be received into our account by this time.

Please note: You will not receive reminders by email or by post. Please make sure your payment is processed on time to avoid the extra charge as this cannot be removed once added.
