Important Notice to Landowners

Each owner of land in the Parish has been served with a notice requiring the return of details for all land, houses, buildings, and other structures owned as at 1 January 2026.

All completed forms were due by 15 January 2026.

Any forms that are currently recorded as not returned will shortly be referred for a Parish Hall enquiry, which may result in a fine of up to £1,000.

PAROISSE DE ST BRELADE

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Brélade will be held at the Parish Hall, St Brélade on Tuesday 30 April 2024 at 7.00 pm for the following business:

1. Approve and adopt the Act of the Parish Assembly held on 26 March 2024*

2. To note the total sum drawn down from the Property reserve fund and expended on the Elephant Park project to date is £55,675

3. To consider acceptance of a tender for £763,704.76 in accordance with the evaluation report issued by the appointed Parish project managers for the re-roofing, exterior painting and creation of a 1 bedroom flat at the Parish Hall.

*Copies of the draft Act of the Assembly held on 26 March 2024 are available on the Parish Website or to collect from the Parish Hall during normal office hours.
